We will be studying how businesses can take advantage of the Production Possibilities Frontier (PPF) to contribute to maximizing their profits. Considering that this course is over Microeconomics, it will additionally focus on which point of the graph might be the most efficient for a business to minimize opportunity costs, which may be influenced by consumer sentiments and their inventories as a whole.
Period 4 We will learn how and when to invest in certain stocks, and how to determine whether the stock market will react positively or negatively to certain news.
Isabella Gallegos- Period 4 I think that we will be studying how one company, however large or small, can have an impact on the market. We will be able to see what actions in general cause stock prices to go up or down and learn about the effects they'll have on our everyday lives.
Stephanie Urbina Period 6 How each business works in the stock market and how it influences other to either increase or decrease in their value in the market
Joel Sibi Period 6 Analyze the market mechanisms that establish relative prices among goods and services and allocate limited resources among alternative uses.
I think that we will study about stocks in depth, like how they crash and how they rebuild and how they become a stock to begin with. Jaylyn Knotts Period 2
Prasun Dhawan; Period 2 I think we will be learning about the many ways in which the individual interacts, is affected by, and affects the economy, and thus the course of events in the world.
Period 2 We'll be exploring Opportunity Cost and Trade offs greatly. What we give up to make a decision and in economy this traslates to the profit you're missing out on to gain profit elsewhere.
Himadri Gehlot- Period 6 I believe we will be learning about competitive/comparative advantage of how markets are structured such as price ceilings and price floors.
Sarah Johnson 2nd Period I believe that we will be learning about supply and demand as well as opportunity cost while exploring the fundamentals of the stock market.
Janelle Rodriguez 2nd period I think that we will be learning about surplus, supply and demand, and the stock market and how its function correlates with the economy.
Aqil Ali Period 2 How businesses are managed by various individuals? And the different actions and procedures needed to make a business strive in this market.
