AP Micro Review

Find an internet site that offers some type of review for the AP Micro Exam. Post the link and a 3-5 sentence summary of your opinion of the site. Do not copy anyone else's site and AP College Board and Mr. Clifford's ACDC Econ are off limits.

The website offers both reviews for Micro and Macro. It is easy to navigate on and provides small reviews for major concepts. At the bottom of the review pages are links to more resources such as games and videos. There is also a link for a review which will lay out all of the topics and allow you to pick and choose how you would like to review the topic.

In this site, many ap subjects can be reviewed as well as microeconomics. This website is free and easy to use. On it the videos are very interesting and captivating. Mr Khan tries to keep you engaged in the activities and it's easy to skip around to subject that you are unclear about. If a mistake is made on their videos they are quickly fixed and it lets you know of the mistake. Also there is a chat where you can post questions and doubts.

The pdf mainly focuses on all the graphs you need to know for the AP exam. However, not all the detailed materials are covered and mentioned. But still a great review for graphs and general concepts.

I like this review site because it covers a lot of information and is broken down and organized in a format that makes it easy to read. However, I don't particularly like how concise the pdf is because I like information that goes into detail, making sure to cover all points of a topic. Also, I feel like some of the information, such as the different kinds of lies on a graph, were not completely necessary to include; the focus could have been on more important criteria. All in all, the pdf was pretty helpful, but a little too brief for my liking.

This review covers the basics of Microeconomics. Although the review is just flashcards, it helps a person study in numerous ways. For example, there are options for "test" "game" "memorize" and "Flashcards" so a person can pick their preferred method of studying. Overall, this website is sufficient for cramming in last minute microeconomics terms that are vital for the AP exam.

This teacher took the time to set up each unit we discussed and formats it in a way that forces us to remember the material instead of being baby-fed it. It even comes with Power points that are very detailed in the information given, it even seems to be information not taught previous.

This site primarily focuses on strategies to follow before the exam and review books to use. The site lists helpful review books, such as the Princeton Review's Cracking the Microeconomics exam, that may aid students taking the AP Exam in getting that extra overall point - from a 2 to a 3 or better. It also outlines objectives to fulfill before the AP Exam begins, such as reviewing certain graphs a week out. Overall, I suppose that the website is fine for review for getting that passing score, but it won't help that much for making it to a 5 because it covers the concepts and isn't an "interactive" teacher.

A variety of resources are offered throughout APPracticeExams.com: practice exams, notes, videos, and highest-rated study guides. There are different links that redirect you to places such as Quizlet to review vocabulary, an 80-page PDF file of textbook notes, and a crash course for cramming. The website caters to different studying preferences and provides a vast amount of information. However, some links provide more information and go into more detail than others.

One thing I really like about this website is that it gives you multiple tests that you can take. It gives you alot of AP multiple choice questions. Then it sees in which topic you do not understand that much and will help you on those subjects. This is a very good website because it helps you individually. It also helps you learn by concepts.

I also found some study guides to go along with each topic their book offers. There are helpful PowerPoints for all the units, and they're pretty much the same as the ones we studied.
